I help individuals implement and sustain comprehensive exercise programs that safely, efficiently, and effectively regain or maintain their desired level of function.
If exercise programs are executed consistently and at the appropriate frequency, individuals will lessen their risk of suffering from chronic aches, pains, and disease. This will dramatically increase their chances of aging well.
SPECIAL POPULATIONS & CONSIDERATIONS
Exercise has improved the lives of those with various chronic diseases, disabilities, and other special conditions. However, these conditions typically require specific considerations that make implementing a safe and effective exercise training program more challenging.
